ESA – Epsilon Sigma AlphaA Community of Purpose and Friendship

ESA (Epsilon Sigma Alpha) is a service-focused organization built on the values of meaningful friendships, impactful service, and shared joy.

We live out these ideals by actively engaging in lifelong learning, giving back to our communities, and surrounding ourselves with people who inspire us to grow into the best versions of ourselves.

We’re part of ESA International—a worldwide group of people who care deeply about community and connection. Here in Queensland, ESA is proudly incorporated and active in towns and cities across the state. We work with heart, purpose, and a good sense of humour, knowing that even small efforts can create a big impact.

ESA is more than meetings and fundraising—it’s a place to belong. Take a look around our site to see what we’re all about. If it feels like a good fit, we’d love to welcome you into our circle.

Hello everyone,

I am the State President for 2026- 2027 having been installed at our recent Convention in Redcliffe. I had the honour of having my installation performed by ESA International President, Celeste Webb, who travelled out from America with 15 other American ESA members from various States and who also attended Convention, with some sightseeing involved as well.

Conventions and Half Year meetings are always a positive way to meet longtime friends, make new friends and to learn more about ESA.

I have been an ESA member for 13 years and joined when I moved to the Whitsundays and found the branch in Proserpine. I have held various positions at Alpha Epsilon, also held positions when the Whitsunday District Council was operational and have been the Credentials Officer a few times, Workshop Officer; started off as Liaison Officer but had to pass this onto another member of my branch when I became ill and of course last year when I was Vice President.

Thank you to Judy Jesshope for her year as State President and to all the officers who very ably assisted her.

I would also like to thank all my officers, who are by my side for this coming year. The President’s role is made much easier by having all the wonderful helpers willing to give their time and expertise.

Kind regards

Robyn Creighton
